Reliability and security for the work that pays you

ServiceMCACom.org is built to be operated daily, which means failures are handled as a product behaviour: detected, repaired, refunded and recorded. No dark screens, no charged runs without output.

Self-healing execution

The Self-Healing Agent watches every run. When generation fails it classifies the cause as input, upstream or transient, then repairs or re-runs the work instead of leaving a dead session behind.

Ledger-backed credit accounting

Each charge and refund writes a ledger entry with the reason and resulting balance. Failed or incomplete runs are refunded automatically, so you only pay for delivered output.

Payments and account security

Checkout runs through Base44 Payments, so card details are handled by the payment provider and never stored in the platform. Access is tied to your subscription status, not to seats.

Auditable deliverables

Every output is stored in your run history with the brief that produced it. You can trace what was generated, when, and at what credit cost — which is what makes the platform usable in a review.

Your data and your files

Uploaded files are stored privately and reached through signed links rather than public URLs. Deliverables you generate stay in your own history and are visible only to your account. Billing records are kept for reconciliation and support, not for resale.

What reliability means in practice

  • Failed generations do not consume credits.
  • Every refund is visible in your ledger with a reason.
  • Subscription status, not seat count, controls access.
  • Outputs remain available in your run history after the session ends.
